Hello.

My name is Susie. I am a UI/UX designer crafting memorable, intuitive experiences by bridging the gap between brand identities and user interfaces. I thrive in goal-oriented environments where purpose fuels the passion.

The attraction for design started when I was 8 and discovered Project Runway, but has evolved with society. Years in retail management and merchandising taught me how heavily influenced customers are, and agency life showed me how it all worked behind the scenes.

I have always been goal oriented and multifaceted, while simultaneously being hyper-focused on details. So, it was only natural after learning the complexities behind marketing, that I wanted to live where it all converged.

I am an avid debator and generally the instigator behind hypothetical discussions.

When I’m Not Designing I…

Dive Deep on Nutrition

I’m a foodie through and through. I believe what we eat can be the best medicine so I am consistently try to strike a balance between health and happiness. I am a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. If you’ve had a bad day, you can always expect me to show up with something edible .

Move my Body

While I’ve never been a professional – or even colleagic – athlete, I love staying active. Throughout my life I’ve shot some hoops, swam some laps, climbed some mountains, and hiked a canyon. Lately, I’ve gravitated towards tossing weights at my Crossfit home or increasing my stability through Reformer Pilates.

Indulge in Self Care

I’m a self-professed skincare junkie. Reading ingredient lists and googling the benefits is a daily occurrence, and one I usually forget isn’t normal until someone points it out. You can find me at my aesthetician’s once a month and can bet I take my makeup off – even after a few drinks.

Start House Projects

And hopefully finish them before the month is over. I’m an extraverted homebody and believe functional living in a house that works for your lifestyle is the truest definition of a “smart” home. When I’m not working on my own, I enjoy binging videos on abandoned historic mansion renovations or million dollar new builds.
